SMT Facilities

If you do not have SMT facilities, you do not have real manufacturing capabilities. SMT is essential for quality control for LED display industry. Any of the physical issues of the products in the market could be resolved in one way or another, with the only exception of issues from SMT. This shows how important SMT is to LED displays.

Finished Products Assembly

Burn-in is the final process of the production of an LED display before packaging, and perhaps we should say the most important process after SMT. Through this process, you could see everything about your display, including and of course not limited to how the SMT has been done, how the cabinet has been made ( if the QC dept. fails to find out any faults ), and particularly how the display performs, such as the refresh rate, the colour depth, and the color uniformity etc.

JVE has a very strict policy on FTBS （ Final Tests Before Shipment ). Each of our customers receives a written report with all data that tell about the status of the display and all relative pictures. That means long before they receive the displays they already know about all details of the display.

R&D capability is vital in deciding whether a company has a long-term capability of profitability. A company without such capability has to stay at a business model with low profit margin because it would become easily replaceable.

Having been in LED display industry for over 20 years, the management of the company of JVE knows the importance of creativity in business too well to ignore such an essential element  as R&D capability. We have a team of over 12 people working together, bringing new improvements to the existing products, new ideas for future products and bring up with  stunningly amazing creative developments. 

PlugGo technology is a new technology that we are proud of developing and launching to the market. This technology entirely frees people from complicated software setup. though people from the supply side keep telling the customers that it's an easy job to do the setup. In fact, for some people it's nearly impossible to learn to set the software well enough within hours if he has not been exposed to knowledge of this industry at all before.

Detail Is Everything For Us

Thanks for the policies of “Volume Production” & “0.5% Repair Rate” that we have, our products have been highly standardized and as a result so are our production. The workers on the assembly lines are literally doing the same thing every single day. A bit boring it could be, but the mistake rate has been effectively under control, and so hence our costs.

Massive SMT Producer

As a massive SMT producer, we benefit greatly from the advantage of having high volumes for each product. This not only is good for our quality control of the SMT process, which is vital for the overall quality of the product, but is also essential to our success in managing the costs for the businss hence keeping ourslves competitive in the market.

In the year 2024, we delivered about 30,000㎡ of LED displays to our customers.

Scatter SMT Technology

Scatter SMT is the most up-to-date technology developed initially from Yamaha, and later copied by other SMT equipment brand names. The concept is simple but the outcome is significantly advanced. In this SMT mode the software directs the SMT pins to do the jobs in an irregular manner. This makes the uniformity of the LEDs soldered on the PCB by far higher than the conventional SMT mode.
